Mr. Sonola has 28 years of varied experiences in the construction industry that include resident supervision, stage 3 management of construction execution, and intensive project management from inception to handover. In addition to 3 years as the resident architect for the Mobil residences at Sandfield Victoria Island while at Towry-Coker associates in the early 90s, he also worked extensively with Messrs MOE limited as a Contract Project Manager and resident architect involved in a variety of prime commercial and residential properties from 1993 - 1998.

Since then, he has worked as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Formwork Limited either as prime consultant, or as construction team leader for Formwork Limited on a range of construction projects. These include Owerri Mall, Asaba Mall, Abia Mall deelopment, the branch development schemes of Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, Diamond Bank Plc, Standard Chartered Bank Limited and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. Others are the complete redevelopment of Lagos Preparatory Schools Ikoyi, multilevel office developments for Consolidated Discounts Limited and Landmark Partners Limited, the 103 rooms for Protea Hotel, Benin, the Suites Resort residential development for Briscoe Properties at Ikeja GRA and several luxurious residential schemes in prime areas of Lagos.

Mr. Udorie has been an active Architect and Interior designer for the last 27 years. While at MOE Limited and Future Point Architects, he was involved in a variety of projects as Architect, Interior designer, and team leader. These include residential, commercial and institutional buildings. Of note are the Guaranty Trust Bank branches in Kaduna, Aba & Abuja, luxurious private residences in Abuja, a prime residential property for Plural Limited at Victoria Island, a Parkview estate commercial residential estate, private residences at Macdonald and Ruxton Roads Ikoyi, and a couple of luxurious private residences in Abuja.

As the Design team leader at Formwork Limited, he has worked on the extensive branch development schemes of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and Oceanic Bank Plc. He also runs our specialized joinery and fit-out section, Formwork Fit-out and Joinery who delivered partitioning works for Phillips Consulting and the pacesetting curved partitioning for Olaniwun Ajayi & Co., both at UBA House, Marina.

Mr. Megafu has been actively engaged in the industry for over 30 years spanning both consultancy and construction segments of engineering. As a consulting engineer with Structeng Associates in the mid 80's, he participated in the design of various schemes all over the country including phases of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) and the Federal Government Colleges together with resident supervision of same.

At Bouygues Nigeria Limited as Site Manager and Project Engineer respectively, he was involved in several high-rise structures dotting the Lagos landscape as well as the 10,013 classrooms project in Lagos State and other projects in Niger and Adamawa States.

A COREN registered Engineer, Mr. Megafu has served in an investigative panel for the Nigeria Society of Engineers and has been associated with some indigenous construction firms. At Formwork Limited he oversees construction projects including the development of the new Guaranty Trust Bank design-build branches all over the country and the development of 101-room Protea Hotel in Benin city amongst other high networth projects nationwide.
